A.M.Hospital

We are over in Pada North Karunagappally. It is a local area and the hospital is right in the middle of things there. The building is a simple one, nothing too modern or flashy. We have a front area where people arrive and a small counter for the paperwork. The floor is made of stone which stays cool even when the sun is out. We have several rooms for patients and a small area for the staff to take their breaks. You won't find any fancy art on the walls here, just the necessary signs and maybe a calendar. The windows are usually kept open to let a bit of a breeze in, though we have fans for the hotter days. We see a lot of local families from around Pada. Many of them have been coming to us for years. It’s the kind of place where people know each other’s names. The parking area is just a bit of flat ground in front, nothing paved or fancy. Sometimes the chickens from the neighbor’s yard wander over, which gives the place a very rural feel. We keep the equipment clean and the beds ready for whoever needs them. It’s an honest, working hospital that focuses on the basics for the community in North Karunagappally. It’s not a complicated operation, just daily work. We are glad to be part of the life here in this neighborhood.
