Alappuzha Gramin Nidhi Limited

Alappuzha Gramin Nidhi Limited is based out of Pranavamkodamthuruth in Kuthiathode. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say if you aren't from around here, but for us, it’s just home. We are right in the heart of the Alappuzha district, surrounded by the usual sights and sounds of the village. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a functional space where we get our work done every day. We spend a lot of time talking to the farmers and small shop owners who live nearby. People in Kuthiathode prefer things to be direct, and that’s how we try to behave. No one wants to spend their whole afternoon filling out fifty different forms. We keep things as simple as we can. Sometimes the rain here is so loud we can barely hear each other, but we keep working through it. It’s a local effort, run by people who actually live in the community. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Usually, if someone needs help with their money, their neighbor tells them to come see us. That kind of trust is important in a place like this. We just keep our heads down, manage the accounts, and make sure we’re available when someone needs to stop by. It’s a quiet life but we like being a part of how this village works. It's just what we do every day.
