Aaron Flavours

Our small operation, Aaron Flavours, is located at number 7 in Eramalloor, which is part of Ezhupunna. It’s a nice part of Kerala to be in, though it gets very humid during the monsoon months. We spend our time working with different scents and tastes, trying to get things just right. The building we work out of is quite modest. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy, just the address on the door. Inside, it often smells like a mix of different fruits and spices, depending on what we are working on that day. It is mostly a quiet job, requiring a lot of measuring and patience. We have a few local people helping out, and we all just go about our tasks without much fuss. Eramalloor is the kind of place where everyone knows what everyone else is doing, so we get visitors dropping by just to say hello sometimes. We don't have a big marketing department or polished brochures. We just rely on the fact that we do our work carefully. The floors are concrete and the equipment is well-used, but it gets the job done. Every day is a bit different because we might be focusing on one specific flavor for a whole week and then move to something else entirely. It’s interesting work and keeps us busy throughout the year. We are just trying to make things taste a bit better for everyone else.
