Yusuf Khan Foundation

We are located in the old city part of Akola, specifically in the Dr. Zafar Khan Patel Building. The address is 106/5 on Kala Maroti Road, with the PIN code 444002. This part of Akola is quite old and has a lot of history. The streets are busy and full of shops selling everything from spices to hardware. Our building is a sturdy old structure that has been there for years. Yusuf Khan Foundation is based in a few rooms inside. It’s not a modern glass building; it has thick walls and high ceilings that help keep it a bit cooler in the heat. The area is always buzzing with people, and the sound of rickshaws is constant. Inside the office, things are kept simple. We have some sturdy wooden furniture and stacks of paper that we try to keep organized. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you don’t know the old city well, but once you find Kala Maroti Road, you’re close. We like the atmosphere of the old city because it feels real and connected to the people. There’s a certain charm to working in an older building like this, even if the plumbing is a bit temperamental sometimes. We don’t put on any acts here. It’s just a place where we come to work every day, drink our tea, and handle the foundation’s business as best as we can.
