Yashvant Medical

Yashvant Medical is situated in the Deshmukh Fail area. It’s a place with narrow streets and a lot of houses packed close together. Our shop is small, but we try to keep a bit of everything that a family might need for their health. My father started this pharmacy many years ago, and I took over when he got too old to stand all day. We don't have a fancy air conditioner, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day long. The shelves are wooden and they’re starting to show their age, but they hold the medicine just fine. We have a small fridge in the back for things like insulin that need to stay cold. People around here don't have much money to waste, so we try to keep our prices fair. We don't use any complicated computer systems, just a notebook where we track what we need to order. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by a cart or a truck, and it gets very noisy with people shouting. We are used to it by now. It’s just part of living and working in this part of town. We stay open a bit later than the bigger shops because people often need things at odd hours. We aren't fancy, but we are here every day. It’s been our family business for a long time and we like being part of the Deshmukh Fail community. Most customers are like friends to us now.
