Vastu Sankalp

We are based in Akola, right in the 444001 area. It’s a smaller city compared to the big metros, which we actually prefer. Vastu Sankalp is our little venture where we help people with their building and living spaces. We don't have a massive office block; it's a simple setup where we can sit down and look at maps and directions. People here in Akola value tradition, so we spend a lot of time talking about how a house should face or where the kitchen should be. It’s not just about the rules, it’s about making the place feel right. We aren't professional writers, so we don't have a polished story to tell. We just know our work well. Some days we are out in the sun visiting plots, and other days we are just sitting under the fan trying to get the drawings finished. We use a lot of local terms because that’s how our clients talk. The pace of life here is a bit slower, and we like it that way. We don't promise anything impossible. We just look at the site and give our honest opinion on what can be done. It’s been a few years since we started, and we’ve slowly built a name just by word of mouth. We don't do fancy ads. If someone is happy with their home, they tell their neighbor, and that’s how we get our next job. It’s a quiet, decent way to live and work. We drink a lot of water because it gets very hot here. Usually, we take a long lunch when the sun is at its peak.
