Star Medical

We are located in Jatharpeth, right near the Head Office area. It’s a well-known part of town, so we get a good mix of people coming in throughout the day. The shop is fairly straightforward, with glass cabinets for the medicines and a sturdy counter where we talk to customers. We have a small refrigerator in the corner for the items that need to stay cold, and it hums quietly all day long. The floor is tiled, and we try to keep it clean, though the muddy shoes in the monsoon make that difficult. We don't use any fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of our inventory is still checked by hand on clipboards. It’s a bit of a slow process sometimes, but it’s how we’ve always done it. We have a small stool behind the counter for when things get quiet, but usually, there is always something to restock or a shelf to wipe down. The street outside can get quite noisy with the traffic, especially during the peak hours in the morning and evening. We know many of the families who live nearby and have seen their kids grow up over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most modern shop; we just want to be reliable for the people in Jatharpeth. It's a steady job, and we try our best to get the orders right for the people who depend on us.
