We operate out of Charkha Layout, specifically at the Allahada Plot. It’s a bit of a specific location to find if you aren’t from around here. We work under the name Sidaish Constrobuild, focusing on the construction and building side of things. Our office setup is pretty simple, shared with Pradip Devrao Avsarmol’s space. It’s not a big corporate building, just a local spot where we can keep our records and meet people when necessary. Most of our actual work happens out on the field at different construction sites. Dealing with layouts and plots involves a lot of walking around and measuring things. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team of sales people. We just talk to people who need things built and see what can be done. Some days we are buried in permits and local government forms, which can be a bit of a headache. Other days we are just checking on the progress of a wall or a roof. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. The neighborhood is quiet enough, which helps when we need to focus on the numbers. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do the construction work that comes our way in a sensible manner. It’s just us, working on local projects from our little corner of the layout.
