Shivaji College Akot

You will find us at Pawar Colony in Akot, specifically at 10, Mh Sh 194. We are situated in the Umiya Asara Colony area, which is a well-known part of Akola. The college has been a fixture in this community for many years. We have a main building that houses the various departments and the administrative offices. It is a very functional space, meant for lectures and study. There isn't anything fancy about our setup; it's mostly just long hallways and classrooms with rows of benches. During the peak of the semester, the place is quite full of students coming and going. We have a small staff room where the lecturers gather between their classes. Akot is a smaller town, so the atmosphere is generally relaxed, though it gets busy during the exam periods. We don't spend money on expensive decor or promotional materials. We just provide the space and the staff needed for the students to get their degrees. Most of the people working here are from the local area and have been part of the college for a long time. We just focus on the curriculum and making sure the administrative side of things is handled correctly. It’s a plain and simple institution where the goal is just to keep the doors open and the classes running as scheduled every year.
