Our spot is out in Jastgaon, which is a small place near Warud in the Telhara area of Akola. We are based at Charandas W. Jawanjal’s place. If you know Akola, you know how dry and hot it gets in the summer months. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It is just a regular building where we handle our business every day. Most of us grew up around here or in nearby villages, so we know the local area pretty well. The Pin code is 444108 if you are trying to find it on a map. Life moves a bit slower here compared to the big cities, and we prefer it that way. We spend a lot of time talking to locals and making sure things are moving along on the ground. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the roads get a bit dusty, but that’s just part of living in rural Maharashtra. We aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture or a lobby. We have what we need to get the job done. Usually, the day starts early before the sun gets too high. We grab some tea, check the schedule, and get to work. It is a simple life, but it works for us. We are just regular people working out of a small village post, trying to stay busy and do right by the community we live in every day.
