SHAJAR CHIT FUNDS PRIVATE LIMITED is located on Gandhi Road in Akola. You can find us in Dariyav Height, specifically in Chamber No 7 on the second floor. It is right in the middle of a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of movement outside. Climbing up to the second floor is a bit of a daily workout, but we are used to it now. The office isn't very large, but we have enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep everything organized. Being on Gandhi Road means we are close to everything, which is handy for the people who participate in our chit funds. They can just stop by while they are out doing their other shopping or business in Akola. We spend most of our time keeping track of the monthly collections and making sure the auctions go off without any issues. It’s a lot of manual entries and double-checking numbers to make sure everyone is treated fairly. The light in the office is okay during the day, and we usually have the windows open to let some air in. People come in, have a chat about how things are going, pay their dues, and then head back out into the heat. We don't do much advertising; most people find out about us from their neighbors or friends who already have a fund with us.
