We are located out in Akola, specifically at Post Agar. Our address is Bpl No 131, G No 436A. Shah And Wawre Constructions Privatelimited is a local operation through and through. We handle various building projects in and around this area. It is a lot of outdoor work, which means we are at the mercy of the weather most of the time. We do not have a big fancy office in the city. We work from here and spend most of our time out on the actual sites. It is all about putting in the long hours and making sure the foundations are done right. We have been doing this for a bit, so we know the local suppliers and who to call when we need extra hands for a big pour. We do not bother with fancy brochures or hiring marketing people. Most of our work comes from people knowing who we are and seeing what we have built before. It is a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We deal with the daily headaches of construction, like late deliveries or broken equipment. It is just part of the job. We keep at it until the building is standing and the client is satisfied. Sometimes we are at the desk late doing the accounts, but we would much rather be on-site with the crews. It is honest labor. We do not try to make it sound like more than it is.
