SBE Homes Private Limited is based out of Akola. We share a space with Rohit Ashok Khowal over in Balaji Nagar. It’s not a huge commercial building or anything, just a regular place in a residential part of town. Akola gets really hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time just trying to stay cool while we handle our bits of business. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with branches everywhere. We are just local people working on our own projects. Most of the neighbors know us by name because Balaji Nagar is that kind of place. You won't find any glass walls or fancy coffee machines in our office. It’s just desks, some chairs, and a lot of files piled up. Sometimes things get a little disorganized, but we know where everything is eventually. We started this because we wanted to do something for ourselves right here at home. It’s quiet mostly, which is good for getting through the paperwork. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure things move along like they should. If you ever find yourself in this part of Akola, it's a pretty straightforward neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and don't really plan on moving. It suits what we do just fine. Nothing fancy, just honest work from a small office in Balaji Nagar.
