Pramod Dall Mills

Our place, Pramod Dall Mills, is located at 112/109 in Pokharpur, right by the Lal Bungalow. It is a well-known area and easy enough for people to find. We have been milling dall here for quite some time. It is a family-style environment where everyone knows what their job is. The machines are old but they work well, and they’ve been the heart of our business for years. The air is often filled with the smell of pulses being processed. It is a very hands-on job. We don't go in for big business meetings or corporate strategies. Instead, we just focus on how the lentils look and feel before they go into the bags. Lal Bungalow is a good landmark for us, and many locals just walk over when they need something. We have a lot of regular customers who have been coming to us since we first opened our doors. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the bags being moved around, but we have a system that works. We don't have a fancy showroom. What you see is a working mill where we put in the hours every day. We just make sure to do a job properly and not take shortcuts. It might not be the most modern way to run things, but it has served us and our customers well for a long time. We don't worry about being the biggest, just about doing what we do. We open up early and stay late.
