Poorva Urban Nidhi Limited is over at Gala Number 5 in Kapshi. This is in the Akola district. It’s a small shop-like space we have here. Akola can get really hot, but we keep the office open as much as possible for everyone. We have a simple desk and some old cupboards for all the files. The gala is easy to find if you are in the middle of Kapshi. We don’t use much technology, just the basic stuff to keep the records straight and honest. People like that they can come in and talk to us face-to-face. We don't have a call center or anything like that. If you have a question, you just walk into Gala Number 5 and ask. We handle everything from small savings to little loans. It’s all very local and simple. We aren't trying to change the whole world. We just want to provide a decent place for people in Kapshi to manage their cash. It’s a quiet and steady business, and that suits us perfectly.
