Our office for OKAASAN CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is right on the main road in Vyala, which is in the Balapur area. We are actually located at house number 412, care of Tejerao Dashrath Damodar. It’s more of a home-office setup really, which keeps things simple and easy for us. Akola is our main base and we’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. The road outside can get quite dusty during the summer, but it is the main link for people around here, so we see everyone passing by. We do construction work, mostly things that people in the district need, and we don't try to act like a big city firm. Life moves at its own pace in Balapur. We spend our mornings checking on materials and talking to workers who stop by the house. It’s a practical way to run things because we are always around if someone needs to talk about a project. There aren't many bells and whistles here, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. We know the neighbors and they know us, which is how we like it. Working in construction in a place like this means you have to be ready for anything, from rain delays to material shortages. We just deal with it and keep going, making sure the houses get built.
