Even though the name says Pune, we are actually operating from Akola. It’s a bit confusing for some people at first. We are set up here in Maharashtra, focusing on technology and research. It’s not a huge campus with glass buildings. It’s more of a practical setup for people who want to learn. We spend our days looking at data and trying to figure out how things work. There are a few of us here who have been in the field for years. We don't have big marketing events. Most of the time, it's just quiet work in the labs or the office. The weather in Akola gets pretty hot, so we have a few fans running all the time. It’s a simple environment. We aren't trying to be the biggest school around. We just want to provide a space where the work gets done. Sometimes the internet is slow, or we run out of tea, but we manage. People come to us for specific research needs. We try to be helpful without making things too complicated. It’s a lot of reading and testing. We don't promise anything flashy. We just do the research as it comes in. The neighborhood is quiet, which helps when you need to concentrate on a difficult problem. We don't have a huge staff, just a few dedicated people who really care about the technical side of things. We spend a lot of time checking our facts and making sure the data is right.
