Laksha Developers Llp is located in Akola, specifically in Shastri Nagar at the Amankha Plot called Saurabh. We are right by the Z. P. Colony. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us. We started this business because we wanted to be involved in the growth of our own town. Our office is a bit messy sometimes with all the blueprints and samples of tiles or paint, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big staff, so when you call, you are probably talking to one of the owners. We handle the day-to-day tasks of finding land, planning out buildings, and overseeing the actual construction work. It’s a lot of responsibility and sometimes the stress gets to us, especially when prices for steel or cement go up unexpectedly. But we enjoy seeing a project go from a drawing on a piece of paper to a real building where people live. We aren't big on promotional talk or fancy ads. We just think that if you do a decent job, people will eventually notice. We’ve lived in Akola most of our lives, so we care about how the town looks and how things are built here. It’s not just a business for us, it’s about making a mark on the place we call home. We just keep moving forward, one project at a time.
