G.K.Developers

Down here in Telhara, we run G.K.Developers. Our office is actually at the home of Jitendra R. Bhujbale, who is the son of Rambhau D. Bhujbale. We are located in Nath Nagar, in the New Plot area. This is in the Akola district of Maharashtra. The pin code is 444108. It’s a small town vibe here. We don't have a big glass storefront. People just know where Jitendra lives and they come by when they need to talk about a project. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at land or checking on how a new wall is coming up. The office part is just a room with a couple of chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. We do all our own paperwork and keep track of everything ourselves. It’s not a corporate life at all. We wear regular clothes and talk to everyone like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Telhara is the kind of place where your reputation matters more than a fancy logo. We’ve been working under the G.K. name for a while now. Some days it’s just us and the ledger books, trying to make the numbers work out. It’s practical work. We don't try to sound like anything other than what we are—local folks trying to build something decent in our own town. We just take things one day at a time here.
