Element 5 Architects

We are located at Sukh-Shanti in the Mohite Plot area, right near Phadke Academy in Akola. It’s a quiet enough neighborhood, which helps when you need to concentrate on site plans and elevations. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room with enough desk space for our drawings and a couple of laptops. Akola can be quite a busy place, but our little corner near the academy stays fairly calm. Most of our day is spent sketching out ideas or talking to local builders about materials. We deal with the usual stuff that comes with being architects—measuring twice, cutting once on the models, and spending way too much time staring at CAD screens. We don't really do the whole high-pressure corporate thing. It’s more about sitting down with a client, having some water or chai, and figuring out what they actually need for their plot. Sometimes we’re out in the sun at a construction site, and other times we’re stuck inside during a downpour, trying to finish a set of drawings. We’ve got a lot of files piled up and the occasional stray pencil rolling across the floor. It feels like a real workspace. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the dimensions are right so the masons don't get confused later on. It’s a small team, and we all just pitch in wherever needed to get things finished.
