It might seem a bit confusing with the Tripoli name, but this is where we actually live and run things from. Our office is a simple building out in Shioni. It’s a quiet area compared to the big cities, which I prefer. We handle various construction jobs around the district. Usually, it involves helping people build their homes or fixing up agricultural structures. We have a small crew of local workers who have been with us for years. They know exactly how I like things done. We don't use a lot of high-tech gear. Most of it is traditional tools and a lot of manual labor. I spend a lot of my time driving between different sites in Akola to make sure everything is moving along. My wife helps me with the accounts in the evenings after she finishes her own work.
