We are more hands-on, dealing with the raw materials that come from the earth. We started this business because we liked the idea of working with things that aren't full of chemicals. It’s a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when we have big shipments to get out, but we enjoy the process. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We don't have a marketing department to tell us what to say. We just tell people we sell natural stuff and let the products speak for themselves. The plot in Agarbess is where all the work happens. It’s more like labor than anything fancy, really. We spend our days sorting, packing, and making sure the quality is what it should be.
