Badlani Builders & Developers Privatelimited

We've been here at Naka Road for quite a bit now. It's right in front of Sindhi Cmakola, so it's easy to find us if you're in the neighborhood. Badlani Builders & Developers Privatelimited is just a small team of us working out of Sheet No 61. We deal with various construction things around this part of town. It gets pretty busy and loud on Naka Road, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. Sometimes things go a bit slow with the paperwork and the materials don't always arrive on time, but that’s just how this business works. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. Most days you'll find at least one of us at the office near C S N. We aren't a big fancy firm with glass walls or anything. We’re just regular people. We’ve seen the area change quite a lot since we started. People sometimes ask why the name is so long on our official papers, but we just go by Badlani mostly. Dealing with bricks, cement, and laborers isn't always the most glamorous job. There’s dust everywhere and things break down when you least expect it. But we get the job done. If you're walking past the Sindhi Cmakola area, you'll see our little spot. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files and maps lying around on the old desks. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or anything.
