Ashwinil Cropsscience Private Limited

Ashwinil Cropsscience is located in Akola, specifically at Gokul Colony. We are right by the Swati Kanya School at number 01. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a crop science business, but it works for us. You can hear the kids playing and the bells ringing from the school next door while we work. Our office is small and tucked away in the colony. We don’t have big signs or a flashy storefront. Most people in the neighborhood just know us as the folks who work with plants and seeds. Akola gets very hot in the summer, so we try to do most of our heavy work early in the morning. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, a few computers, and a lot of paper. We aren't trying to be some big multinational corporation. We’re just a local business trying to figure out the best ways to help crops grow better in this heat. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking our samples. It’s not glamorous work, and sometimes the air conditioning doesn't work like it should, but we get by. We like being in Gokul Colony because it feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't isolated in some industrial park. We see our neighbors every day and they see us. It’s a simple way to run a company and it keeps us grounded in the reality of what we’re doing.
