Ashish Printers

Ashish Printers is located in the Laxminagar area of Kholeshwar. We have been doing printing work here for a long time. It started out with just one old machine, and now we have a few more crammed into the space. The sound of the printers is constant throughout the day. It’s a bit noisy, but it’s the sound of work getting done. We do wedding cards, visiting cards, and sometimes small booklets for local events. The smell of ink is everywhere, you can even smell it on your clothes when you go home. My hands are usually stained with a bit of blue or black ink by the end of the day. We don't have a graphic designer or anything, we just use the templates we have. People bring in their text, and we set it up for them. It’s a small shop, and the floor is always covered with paper scraps. We try to be quick, but sometimes the machines act up and we get delayed. It’s just me and one helper most of the time. We aren't a big factory, just a local printing spot. People from the neighborhood know they can come to us for their small jobs. We keep the prices fair and just try to do a decent job with every print. It's a living, and it keeps us connected to the community. We stay open until the last job is finished.
