Our office is set up inside Hotel Payal on Prathvi Raj Marg in Ajmer. It might seem a little strange to be based in a hotel, but we’ve been here for a while and it works out quite well. We are very close to the Agra Gate Circle, which is a landmark everyone in this part of the city knows. The area is always buzzing with people and traffic. Inside our space, things are a bit more focused. Yash and the team have their desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. There’s a lot of paper moving around every day. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one to let people know where we are. The hotel staff is friendly and they’ve become like neighbors to us. We often see guests coming and going, which makes for an interesting atmosphere. Our furniture is basic and we’ve got a lot of shelves filled with old records. It can get a bit warm in the summer, but the fans do their job. We don’t go in for any of that fancy modern office stuff. We just want a place where we can sit down and get the work done. Most of our clients are locals who have been coming to us for years. They know the way to the hotel and they know where to find us in our little corner. It’s a simple setup.
