Veechi The Architect

Veechi The Architect is based over at Civil Lines 10. It’s a relatively quiet part of the area, which we find quite helpful for our day-to-day work. The office is a modest space where we keep our books, our drawings, and a couple of old desks that have seen better days. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch of time now, and it has become a second home for the staff. Civil Lines is a nice place to walk around when we need a break from staring at the computer screen. We aren't a big, flashy operation with a lot of receptionists or marble floors. It’s just us, a small team of people who enjoy the process of designing and planning. The building at number 10 has a lot of history, and we like the solid feel of the walls. Every morning we come in, turn on the lights, and get straight to work. There’s usually a pile of blueprints in the corner and some half-finished sketches on the desks. We don't spend much time worrying about how we look to the outside world. We are just here to do the work that comes our way. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed, though we do get focused when a deadline is approaching. It’s a simple life at Civil Lines 10, and we are quite happy with how things are going. We usually finish the day by double-checking the locks and heading out for dinner.
