We are out in the Industrial Estate in Makhupura. It’s the kind of place where you expect to see a lot of manufacturing and heavy work going on. Our building has been part of this estate for a long time, and you can see that in the walls and the way the floors are worn down in certain spots. We don’t have a lot of decorative stuff hanging around because it’s a working industrial site. The air usually smells a bit like metal and machinery, which is just part of the job. Most of the staff have been coming here for years, so everyone knows their role without having to be told too much. It gets pretty hot in Makhupura during the summer months, so we rely on the big ceiling fans to keep things moving. We do a lot of technical industrial work, and the benches are always covered in parts and half-finished projects. It’s not the quietest place to work, especially when the other factories in the estate are running at full tilt, but it’s home for us. We don't really go in for those modern office perks. We have a simple break area where people sit and talk about their day. It’s a straightforward business, and we prefer it that way. No one here is trying to be something they aren't. We just focus on the tasks at hand in our little corner of the estate.
