The Your Choice

The Your Choice is located at K 96 in Christian Ganj, just off Jaipur Road. This area is a little quieter than the main bazaars, which we actually prefer. There are more houses around here, so we see a lot of the same faces every single day. It feels more like a neighborhood spot than a big commercial business. The shop is on the ground floor and we have a small sign out front that has faded a bit over the years. We keep things pretty casual here. If someone comes in and we are in the middle of eating lunch, they usually don't mind waiting a minute. We handle all the work ourselves, from unloading the boxes to cleaning the floor at night. The inventory changes depending on what we can get our hands on and what the locals are asking for. We don't have any fancy displays or expensive lighting. It is just a plain room with items stacked where they fit best. Sometimes the electricity goes out in this part of town, so we keep a few flashlights ready behind the counter. It is a steady way to live, and we like being part of the Christian Ganj community. We aren't trying to grow into a huge company; we are just happy to keep the doors open and serve the people who live nearby. It is a simple life and we don't ask for much more.
