Students Integrity Foundation

We are based in a small place called Paner, which is in the Silora Pushkar area. Our address is 6/813 in Jaton Ka Bas, and it is a very traditional kind of spot. The foundation is looked after by the family of Bhawar Lal and Bhagirath, so it is deeply rooted in the local soil here. It is not like those big city offices you see in movies. We have a simple room with a couple of benches and a desk. Most of the time, the air is dusty because of the roads around here, but it feels like home. Being near Pushkar means we see a lot of people passing through, but Jaton Ka Bas is its own little world. We spend our days going over things that need fixing or helping out whoever walks through the door. There is no receptionist or fancy waiting area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay on top of the work, even when it gets busy during the local festivals. The building itself is older, with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool. It is a practical space for practical work. We don't have much in the way of technology, just the basics to keep things moving along. It is a humble place, and we are quite content with that.
