St. Francis Hospital

St. Francis Hospital is located on Beawar Road, quite close to the Martindle Bridge. It’s a busy spot, and we get a lot of people coming in from the surrounding areas. The bridge is a good landmark for people who aren't familiar with the neighborhood. We have been operating here for a while now, and the building has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We focus on getting patients seen and making sure they have what they need. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It’s just a group of nurses, doctors, and support staff who live nearby. We often share a laugh in the break room when things quiet down for a minute. The wards can get a bit warm in the summer, but we have fans running all the time. Our day starts before the sun is up, preparing the charts and checking on the overnight patients. It is hard work, standing on your feet for eight or ten hours at a time. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just want to make sure that when someone comes in with a problem, they leave feeling a bit better. Sometimes we run out of chairs in the waiting area, and people have to stand, but we try to be as quick as we can. Beawar Road is always loud, but we’ve learned to tune it out over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the daily work.
