Our office is located at A-12 Meera Bhawan in the Avas Vikas Colony area of Pratapgarh. Even though we are part of the Shree Cement setup that mostly operates out of Ras in Rajasthan, this particular branch is over here in Uttar Pradesh. It is a bit of a distance from the main plants, but we handle the local coordination from this spot. The colony is a fairly standard residential area, so it is pretty calm throughout the day. We have set up our workspace inside Meera Bhawan. It is nothing too flashy, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of filing cabinets for all the records we have to keep. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The neighborhood is decent, and there are a few shops nearby where we can grab lunch or a quick snack. It is a small team here, so we all know each other well. We do not really deal with customers face-to-face much; it is more about the administrative side of the cement business. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done to keep the supply lines working. It gets pretty cold here in the winters compared to Rajasthan, but we manage just fine. It is a practical place to work, and we like the quiet atmosphere of the Avas Vikas Colony. It suits the kind of work we do every day without needing anything fancy.
