Our operation is based out of Village Fatehgarh Salla, near the Post Roopnagar area in Beawer. Being in the Ajmer district, we are in a prime spot for the cement industry, but our specific location is a bit more rural. It’s a different vibe than being in the middle of a big city. You get more space, but you also deal with different challenges like the local roads and the village landscape. The office is a simple building that serves as our main base. We spend our days tracking shipments and talking to the people at the plant. It’s a lot of manual record-keeping alongside the digital stuff. There’s a lot of dust because of the nature of the business, but you get used to it quickly. We usually start our day early to beat the Rajasthan sun. Most of us live nearby, so we know the area like the back of our hands. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us sitting at a wooden desk with a phone to our ear. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We just focus on the logistics of Shree Cement and making sure the supplies get to the construction sites on time. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it here for quite a while now.
