You can find us over at Quarter No. 1573-B in the G.L.O. Railway Colony on Mall Road in Ajmer. It’s a bit of a specific location, being inside the colony, but it works well for what we do. The area has a lot of history with the railways, and you can hear the trains every now and then which becomes background noise after a few days. We handle the local side of Shree Cement from this spot. The space is a bit cramped because of all the ledgers and files we have to keep, but we manage. It’s not a corporate showroom. It’s more of a hub where the actual logistics happen. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and site managers. The weather in Ajmer can be quite harsh, especially in the summer, so we keep the fans going and try to stay productive. Sometimes people have a hard time finding the exact quarter number, but once they do, they usually just walk right in. We don’t really do formal meetings. It’s more about quick conversations over a cup of chai. It’s a steady rhythm of work. We’ve been here long enough that the routine is second nature to us. We just make sure the cement moves from point A to point B without any unnecessary delays or complications. That's our daily life here.
