We've been over here at B-10 in the Ricco Industrial Area for a while now. Dealing with fabrics is mostly what we do every day. It gets pretty busy around Shirola, especially when trucks are coming in and out with rolls of cloth. Most of the time we are just focused on getting the orders sorted. The machines can be loud, but that is just how it is in a factory setting. Sometimes the power goes out, or we have to wait on a shipment, but we manage to keep things moving along. It is a lot of hard work. People here know each other by name. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. Just the workspace and the material. Usually, we're just checking the quality and making sure everything looks right before it leaves the door. It’s not a complicated setup, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. Some of the guys have been working these machines for years. We just try to do what needs to be done. It’s not always easy, but we like being part of the industrial community here in area 2. There's always something to fix or a new batch of fabric to unload. We just stay focused on the work at hand and go home tired. It's a lot of lifting and moving stuff around. The floors are concrete and the walls could use some paint, but it works for us and keep us going.
