Satnam Electromechanical Co.L.L.C. Dubai has its roots here in Kishangarh, specifically in the Sumer Nagar area of Madanganj. It’s a bit of a journey from Ajmer, and the Rajasthan sun really beats down on this part of the world. We deal with electromechanical stuff, which means a lot of technical talk and looking at parts that most people wouldn't recognize. The office is simple, just what we need to keep the operations running between here and the Dubai side of things. Kishangarh is famous for marble, so the whole town has this white dust everywhere, and our place is no different. We spend a lot of time on the phone, sometimes dealing with time zones that don't quite match up. It can be a bit chaotic when a shipment is delayed or someone needs a part urgently. The furniture is a bit old and the files are stacked high on the shelves, but we know where everything is. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the inventory. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that on the walls. It is just a workplace where we show up, do the tasks for the day, and then head home when the sun starts to set. It is a bit dusty and hot, but it’s our corner of the world and it keeps us busy.
