Ratan Gift Collection

Ratan Gift Collection is located over on Purani Mandi Road in the Shastri Nagar area. It’s a neighborhood shop, so we don't get a ton of tourists, mostly just the locals who live nearby. We’ve got a variety of things on the shelves, from plastic toys to some nicer gift sets for weddings. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we try to keep it stocked with things that people actually want to buy. Purani Mandi Road can get quite dusty, so we are always dusting the items to keep them looking fresh. It is a family-run place, and we take turns staying at the shop so someone is always there from morning until late evening. We don't have any big slogans or missions. We just sell stuff. Sometimes we have a chat with the customers about the weather or what’s happening in Shastri Nagar while we wrap up their purchases. It’s a slow and steady kind of life. We have seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but the shop stays pretty much the same. We hope people feel comfortable just walking in to browse without feeling like they have to buy something immediately. It is just a local business trying to do its part and provide what the neighbors need for their celebrations.
