You can find us at 159-B in the Industrial Estate. We’ve been operating under the name R. K. Aggarwal & Sons for quite a long time. It’s a family-run kind of setup, and you can definitely tell when you walk in. There’s no corporate gloss here. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the furniture has seen better days, but it’s where we get the job done. We deal with a lot of different industrial goods and supplies. Most of our days are spent talking to regular customers who have been coming to us since the beginning. We know most of them by name. We don't have a website with fancy graphics or a social media manager. We just have our ledger books and our knowledge of the stock we keep. It gets hot in the summer out here in the estate, but we just keep the fans going and keep working. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the country; we just want to do right by the people who buy from us. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just take it one order at a time. If someone needs something specific, we go through the back and dig it out. It's not fancy, but people seem to appreciate that we actually know what we're talking about when they come in.
