Prince

Nala Bazar is a crowded place, and Prince is tucked right in there among all the other shops. If you walk down the main lane, you'll see us. It gets really packed on the weekends when everyone comes out to do their shopping, and sometimes it is hard to even walk through the street. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time. It’s a narrow space, but we make the most of it. There are boxes piled up and the floor is a bit uneven, but it’s where we do our work every day. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights. Most people just know us by name. The rain can be a problem sometimes in Nala Bazar because the street gets messy, but we just put out the boards and keep going. It’s an old part of town with a lot of history. You can hear the sounds of the vendors calling out all day long. We start in the morning and stay until the shutters go down in the evening. There is always someone stopping by to chat or ask for something. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be anything big. Just Prince, sitting here in the bazar doing what needs doing. We know the other shopkeepers well and we all look out for each other when things get busy. It is just a normal shop in a normal street.
