You can find us near the bus stand in Fatehpura, which is part of Pisangan. The full name is Pisangan Mahila Bakri Palak Producercompany Limited, and we operate out of a space that belongs to Bhikam Chand in the Veer Teja Colony. This is very much a local, community-driven thing. We are a group of women who have come together to work on goat rearing. Being near the bus stand means there are always people coming and going, so it’s a very active area. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just us meeting up to talk about the goats, the feed, and how to sell our livestock for a fair price. Pisangan is a place where everyone knows what their neighbor is doing. Our office is simple and serves its purpose. We don't have air conditioning or expensive computers. We mostly rely on our knowledge of the animals and our connection to the other women in the village. It can be hard work, especially when the weather isn't good, but we stick together. Bhikam Chand was kind enough to let us use this space in the colony. We are just trying to make a living and help our families through goat farming. It’s not about becoming a giant company; it’s about doing something useful for the women in our area.
