Narendar Vishnu Gupta Industry

We are located at G-40 in the R. I. I. C. O. Industrial Area over in Narsdabad. It’s a busy place with a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We spend most of our time out on the floor managing the daily production stuff. This isn't one of those places with a big receptionist desk or carpets. It’s mostly concrete and metal around here. Working in Narsdabad means dealing with the dust and the heat, but that is just part of the industry life. We have a small crew and everyone knows what their job is. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a shop like this. We handle the materials as they come in and try to stay on schedule. It’s practical work. My family has been involved in this kind of thing for a long time. We don't spend much time on the computer unless it’s for some basic paperwork. Most of the day is spent on our feet. The industrial area can get pretty crowded during the shift changes. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is right in front of us. It’s a simple life but it keeps the lights on. We don't have any big titles here, just people doing their jobs until it’s time to go home. We just focus on the machines and getting through the orders.
