Namo Narayan

We have been running Namo Narayan here in Purani Mandi Nala Bazar for quite a long time now. It is just a regular shop in a very busy part of the city. If you know this area, you know how crowded the streets get, especially in the afternoons. Our space isn't very large, but we managed to fit everything we need inside. Most days start early when we roll up the shutters and sweep the front. The dust from the road is a constant battle, but that is just how it is in the market. We do not have a big staff or anyone in suits. It is just a few of us making sure things are in the right place. People walk in from the main bazaar looking for different things, and we try to help them find what they want without making a big deal out of it. The walls are a bit old and the paint is peeling in some corners, but it feels like home to us. We have seen many other shops come and go on this street over the years. Staying here takes a bit of patience because the noise from the traffic never really stops. We do not use any fancy computers to track every little thing; we mostly use paper and memory. It is a simple way to work, but it has served us well enough so far. We just show up every day and do the work.
