Muskan Novelty Store

Muskan Novelty Store is at 17/346 in Nala Bazar. It is a small address, and like many places in this bazaar, it can be a bit tricky to find if you are not looking closely. The building is quite old and has that specific smell of old wood and paper. We have a lot of items packed into a very small area, so sometimes you have to move one thing to get to another. It is a bit cluttered, but we usually know exactly where everything is hidden away. We don't have a big team of employees, just family members who take turns sitting at the front. The street outside is very narrow, so you can't really bring a car right to the door. Most people just walk in while they are doing their other shopping. We open up around mid-morning and stay until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There is always a bit of chatter going on with the neighbors next door. We share tea and talk about how the business is going. It is a very traditional way of working. We don't use any high-tech gadgets to run the place. Everything is written down in a ledger by hand. We like the personal touch of talking to every customer who walks through the door. It is just a small novelty shop trying to do things the old-fashioned way.
