We are Mogu Engineers Working For L T and we operate out of our office at Plot No-5 in New Kesari Colony. This is in the Adarsh Nagar area of Ajmer. It’s a decent spot, tucked away from the main road noise but still easy to get to for our daily work. The office itself is quite simple, just a place for us to keep our records and coordinate our various site visits. We have a small yard where we sometimes keep supplies, and the building has been our base for quite a while now. Working in Ajmer has its own pace, and we try to keep up with it without getting too stressed out about things. Our daily routine involves checking the schedules and heading out to where the work is needed. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans on the walls, just a calendar and some project charts that help us stay on track. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to fixing technical issues on the spot. Sometimes we stay late when a project is wrapping up, but usually, we try to head home before it gets too dark. Adarsh Nagar is a friendly neighborhood and we’ve gotten to know the people running the nearby tea shops quite well. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished image, we just focus on doing the work that L&T requires for their various local projects.
