Our place is called Shri Laxmi Sunder Niwas, and it’s located at 4/41 in Agrasen Nagar. Being in Ajmer, we are used to the pace of life here. The business operates out of this building, and it’s been that way for a while. We do mercantile work, which basically means we buy and sell things. It’s a lot of bookkeeping and keeping track of inventory. The office feels more like a home because it’s in a residential area, which makes it a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded commercial hub. We have a few rooms set aside for the business. There’s always someone coming or going, whether it’s a delivery person or a client stopping by for a chat. We drink a lot of tea while we work. It helps us get through the piles of invoices. Sometimes we lose track of time and realize it’s late evening before we’ve finished everything. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or because they’ve known the family for years. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us.
