Shri Vishwkarma Machine Tools

Our shop is tucked away at 88A Shivaji Nagar. It’s right behind the IBM colony, which can be a bit confusing for people who haven't visited us before. You have to go past the Adarsh Nagar sign and keep driving back until the houses start looking more like workshops. We’ve been here at Shri Vishwkarma Machine Tools for quite a long stretch now. The place is full of heavy equipment and spare parts scattered on the benches. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We deal with a lot of local mechanics and small factory owners who need tools that won't give out on them. It’s a family thing, really. My uncle started it, and now a few of us keep it running day to day. We don't really have a sales team or anything like that. When the phone rings, it’s usually someone we’ve known for years asking if we have a specific drill or a lathe part in stock. The air smells like oil and metal, which I’ve grown to like over the years. Shivaji Nagar is a good spot for us because it’s central enough for deliveries but quiet enough that we can get our work done without too many distractions. If you get lost behind the IBM colony, just ask anyone for the machine tool shop. Most people around here know us well enough to point the way. We’re just here doing our thing, making sure the tools go out on time and everything stays running.
