You can find Kalarthi Art on College Road, right near the Jai Mandir Cinema Hall in Beawar. If you are from around here, you probably know the area well since it gets quite crowded whenever a movie is letting out. We’ve been tucked away in this spot for a good while. The shop is filled with all sorts of things we’ve worked on over the months. It’s not a polished gallery or anything like that. It’s more of a working studio where things are constantly being moved around to make space. Sometimes the floor is covered in scraps and the tables are a bit cluttered with tools. We don’t mind it much. It feels more like home that way. We get a lot of students coming by because of the college nearby, which keeps things lively. The noise from the cinema and the street traffic is constant, but you stop noticing it after a week or two. We just focus on the projects at hand. We don't spend money on big ads or flashy signs. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or just happen to walk past while going to the movies. It’s a simple life running a business in Beawar. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep making things that people can use or enjoy.
