Our office and warehouse are over at S.N.36/1 in the Nac Center. If you know Jaswantpura, we are right on Naka Road. It’s a pretty active part of town. Janta Seva Tea And Spices is what we call ourselves. We spend most of our time dealing with crates of tea and bags of different spices coming in and out. The smell in here is really strong, sometimes it makes you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We have a small team. Some of us handle the sorting while others look after the paperwork in the back. It’s not a quiet job. There is always someone shouting over the noise of the traffic outside or a truck trying to reverse into the narrow space. We get our tea from different places and then we have to sort it out. Same with the spices. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around. We’ve been at this location for a bit and the locals know us. We don’t have a big fancy showroom. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the rain makes the road messy, but we keep the supplies dry. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide tea and spices to whoever needs them in the area. It’s just regular work for us.
