Jain Yatra Company

Our address is number 5 in the Kotwali Scheme area of Ajmer. It is a bit different from the crowded bazars. Jain Yatra Company has been here for a while. The 305001 area is quite central, but Kotwali Scheme feels a bit more structured. We have a simple office where we handle all the bookings. Most of our day is spent checking schedules and talking to people about their plans. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routes well. The office has a few desks and some cupboards for all the files. We keep things pretty tidy, though there is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs to be filed away. Outside, the street is usually okay, not as crazy as the main market. We get a lot of local people coming in because they know where we are. We've got a big map on the wall that's getting a bit faded from the sun. It's helpful though when we're trying to explain a route. We don't use any big fancy words or try to sell anything hard. We just tell people what we can do and then we do it. It is a quiet kind of business most of the time, until the phones start ringing. Then it gets busy real fast. We just focus on the basics of travel and making sure everything is written down.
