Jai Mata Di Dairy

I started this dairy shop several years back on Foy Sagar Road. Every single morning is exactly the same for me. People start coming in really early for their milk. Choti Nagfani is where we are located and it is a very busy spot especially around 6 AM when everyone is waking up. We handle the big milk cans and clean the floors and wait for the regulars to show up. Sometimes the delivery truck is running late and people just stand around and wait. It gets quite noisy out there. We have curd and paneer too. Most of the day is just spent keeping things cold in the coolers. The fridge makes a constant humming sound all day long. It's just a small place and nothing special. You can find us right near the main road. My younger brother helps out in the evenings when things get busy again. We see the same faces every single day. Kids come for a small packet of milk before they go to school. It is hard work and there are no holidays really because the milk doesn’t stop coming. We keep the counter clean as much as possible. Sometimes the weather is way too hot and we worry about the milk spoiling but that's just part of the job. We have been here for a while now and most people in Choti Nagfani know where the shop is. It is just a dairy.
